Shipping & Returns
All products purchased within the US will be shipped within 48 hours. If we encounter any issues with your address, we will contact you via email.
All orders within the US will be shipped USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 4-5 days from the day it was shipped. A tracking number for your order will be available to you for tracking purposes.
Return & Exchange Policy
We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with StriVectin as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help.
We are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products at no cost to you within 30 days of receipt. To start a new return, please email us at Email: email@example.com
If a purchase is made outside of our company, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.
Start Your Return
To start a new return, please email us within 5 days after you receive the product.
Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Care.
